What does this report mean - Non Specific Lymphadenitis.? - lymphadenitis more condition_symptoms

This is my report of the Fnac.

The review - small nodules on the left side after cervical spine, the largest about 1.2 cm in diameter. USG showed multiple small nodules (L) regions of supra-and neck muscles.
Aspiration due to the position of the cervical glands.

The entrance - small hole bleeding.

Microscopy - a small tissue sample, mixed mainly lymphoid cells and some neutrophils and macrophages in the middle of occasional bleeding, fund protienaceous.
No evidence of specific harm to the study sample.
The sample was insufficient ZN staining for AFB

Print - non-specific lymphadenitis
If it clinically Corelate

What is this report? Are there certain cancer cells?
